Catholic School Council Parent/Guardian Nomination Forms
In accordance with the CDSBEO Catholic School Council policy, the Chair of the Catholic School Council, as well as the majority of the parent members, must be Roman Catholic and must hold the same qualifications as a Board member; therefore they must be eligible to be an elector of the Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario.

 

Qualification of Members
A person is entitled to be a CSC member if he or she:
a) resides in the local municipality or is the owner or tenant of land there, or is the spouse of such owner or tenant;
b) is a Canadian citizen;
c) is at least 18 years of age;
d) has a child enrolled in the school.
