Provincial and CDSBEO Code of Conduct

Policy/Program Memorandum 128

The Ministry of Education has implemented updates to the Provincial Code of Conduct which outline new requirements to promote healthy and welcoming school learning environments. The updates, which include changes to anti-vaping and cell phone/personal mobile device use guidelines, take effect in all schools across Ontario beginning September 2024.

It is important that all students and their families read and understand the new requirements outlined under the revised code.
